Here at Savessi Beauty we take pride in offering top-quality products to our valued customers. While we always hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return an item. If you require a return, please refer to the details below.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date to qualify for a refund.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Kindly indicate the reason for your return on the front of your receipt or packing slip.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping & handling fees, which are non-refundable, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
  • Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned goods. We are not liable for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used during purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after our office receives your item.
  • Allow a minimum of two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please avoid sending any packages C.O.D., as they will be rejected.

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  4. Reason for return or exchange

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Only items purchased on www.savessibeauty.com may be accepted for a return.

Exchange Policy

We are glad to exchange any defective, damaged, or unused merchandise. If you need to exchange your product, please review the details below.

  • We accept exchanges for items bought on savessibeauty.com up to 30 days following the original purchase.
  • Enclose the product you want to exchange along with your receipt. Specify the item(s) you want in exchange on the receipt.
  • If there is a price difference with the exchange, a customer service representative may contact you for additional information.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping & handling fees, which are non-refundable.

Ineligibility for Return or Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Sale or clearance items
  3. Personalized or customized products
  4. Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”

Damaged Products Policy

  • If you receive a broken or damaged item, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Regrettably, it is possible to encounter an LED light in the applicator lid that is burnt out or not functioning correctly due to the nature of our product technology. If you receive such an item, we will replace it. Please contact customer service at customerservice@savessibeauty.com or by phone at +34 951 000 000, and we will provide the necessary return and/or exchange instructions
